As you are an internet user, you will no doubt understand how fun, interesting and educational it is to read a blog – you may even own and update a blog yourself – but if you have no traffic to your blog then you might as well be writing to yourself. Where do you find the content to write the information for your posts – you need to ask yourself the question of where do you research for content to write and publish on your blog. PLR content articles can help you publish some ideas and writings on your blog, that can help increase visitors to your site and increase the amount of hits to your individual pages = increased traffic. It is so obvious that you can use these articles on your blog in order to increase the search engine traffic that finds its way to your blog through google; this can then help you boost your blog’s popularity and the amount of readers and subscribers that you have.

By producing quality content and publishing it on your blog, you will be able to increase the rate of growth that your blog takes. Not so easy, and you are probably thinking to yourself “hmm, how do I increase the traffic to my blog then?” – read on to see some examples of how to increase the traffic to your blog.

Articles need Keywords in them

Your articles need to contain positive keywords, so that they will attract organic traffic and search engines to your post – even commenting on other blogs, including your keywords, will help you rank for a keyword in that particular article! Each keyword that you ultimately use in each article will result in your article being returned to the search results, when a user searches for a particular key word – such as increasing traffic to your blog. For example, as long as your blog is indexed in Google and in other search engines, such as Yahoo and MSN, and you sell fridge freezers, then when someone searches for something relating to “fridge freezers” or something related to the term fridge freezers, they will see your blog displayed in the results, hopefully in the top ten. What you are trying to do here is to increase the ranking of your blog to increase the chances of it being listed on page one for the term “fridge freezer” – why do you want to be on the first page? – because people generally only look through the first 10-20 results when they search for a certain query.

Make your articles Informative and educational

Ensuring that each article you place on your blog is educational and entertaining you will ensure that your readers will enjoy reading the article that you’ve written and will want to continue to read other posts that are on your blog – hopefully they will subscribe to your RSS feed and continue to read more of your blog posts in the future. If you are not the best writer in the world, like most bloggers, then you could of course choose to out-source the work and opt to hire another blogger to write posts for your blog. There are many freelancer bloggers who are willing to offer blog post services to you as a blog writer for a fee; even if these people are not directly related to the area of your blog, you could still hire them as they could write great content articles that you could adapt to increase traffic to your blog, after all they’re experienced writers that you can trust. Using experienced blog writer to produce content posts for your blog will give your readers what they want – quality content!

Regular posting is always good

You need to update your blog on a regular basis, readers of your blog will become bored of looking at the same content everyday if it doesn’t change and will probably stop visiting your blog and un-subscribe from your rss feed, reducing the amount of traffic that will visit your blog. Keeping the content fresh on your blog and updating it regularly will help improve and grow the readership of your blog. If you choose a blog writer to produce some content posts and help you publish numerous posts, then you could schedule the content and keyword rich posts to be published through that week for your readers to view. Therefore, you could relax at the fact that your blog would be continually updated with fresh content and you would be able to produce some additional content for the week after.

If you use the above tips then you will no doubt receive a boost in increased traffic to your blog – this does mean that your blog will become more popular and that readers will return more frequently to the blog to read the regular blog updates that will be posted by yourself and your blog writer(s). If you use this strategy, then you will have accomplished an important concept, because the readers that regularly read your blog will loyal and convertible readers that you can sell to. Why? because they like your site so much.

So, if you have a blog or you’re thinking about making one – or even setting a little corner up on the web, then keeping in mind the above tips will be beneficial to you, as they will help you increase the readership of your blog and the profile of your blog in search engines and ultimately increase your blog traffic from searches that people make on the internet. Oh, and it should increase your blog sales too!

Let’s start at the beginning. What is a ‘Blog’ and why would you care?

Plain and simple. A blog (short for web-log), is nothing more than an electronic journal or a diary to enter your thoughts or ideas by using web-based programs.

However, a blog can be so much more than just plain opinion columns or diary entries. It can quickly become a valuable news source in which bloggers (people who blog) link to a number of other news sources and other blogging sites.

Bloggers are the *construction workers* of the Internet. They literally build “Internet highways” that lead readers from one website (or one blog) to the next, offering an extensive variety of information. Journalists and publishers haunt blog sites in search of trends or emerging stories. Others just search blogs for gossip and tidbits to share with their friends.

A blog can also be used to enhance your online business or even your personal site. It can be used to offer tutorials or free content you may not want to include on your regular website.

In fact, a blog can be a website in and of itself! Blogs are designed to be whatever it is you want them to be, giving you complete and creative control over every aspect of it.

Using a blog can be very beneficial to you whether you have an online business or you simply need some sort of *emotional expressive outlet.* And, blogs are extremely easy to create, use and profit from, even if you have never made a blog in your life!

Express Yourself.

Let’s not talk about a profit for a minute.

How would you like to express your thoughts, opinion, point of view, comments, or simply tell the world what you think of e certain topic or issue, or what you stand for?

And how about, … simply sharing your thoughts with other people?

People are starting to spend more and more time browsing through blogs and communicating through their blogs rather than with any other forms of online communication.

And that’s because a blog is something you personally own. It’s your own blog. You identify with it. Even if you’ve never designed your own website, this IS your website. This IS your web presence.

Let’s say you’re a teacher, or work at the office, or a mechanic, or whatever you do for a living. You can share your thoughts only with the few people that you work with or hang out with.

But by having your own blog, you can tell the world. Simply, express yourself and be heard by the world. This is how you do it.

How Would You Profit With a Blog?

To put it in the simplest way possible, share information with the world – with one slight difference. “Profit in Mind!”

If you have a website of your own, use your blog to simply send traffic back to your website where you have your products displayed. Post your articles in your blog, overview of your product or service, comments, announcements, your newsletter and whatever else you want to post or however you want to reroute the visitors back to your website.

Or …

If you don’t have a website, the blog IS your website. Use it just like your website. Post product reviews with your affiliate links, banners, Google AdSense and everything else that you would use your website for.

But …

Don’t ever forget one thing – a thing that I learned the hard way.

Don’t turn your blog into a pure sales pitch. A Blog is an online journal. A Blog is best known and accepted as a source of information – a FREE information. If you’re just promoting the hack out of your latest affiliate/MLM programs and such, you won’t get much sympathy, if at all.

Be open and share information with the visitors of your blog, just as I am sharing this information with you.

The more and more you show to other bloggers that you just want to share your thoughts and comments with others, more and more of them will accept you as a source and perhaps even link to you.

If just one, I mean just one blogger links to your blog, do you realize what you’ve done?

You have just gained access to a major highway. Other bloggers are linked to that one blogger, who are linked to other bloggers, who are linked to other bloggers, and other bloggers, and other bloggers, and even more bloggers, and …

You get the picture.

You’ll get bloggers visiting your blog that are coming from maybe “20 blogs away” who somehow worked their way through the links into your blog. That means you’ll be getting traffic from who knows where and from who knows who.

And how do you make that traffic a highly targeted traffic?

Be very specific about your subject, and post comments, reviews, articles and such – only on that subject. Link to other bloggers who are following the same subject. They will link to you too and that’s how the story goes.

Let me give you a few profit blogging tips

Tip 1:
You DO want to link to other bloggers who are running blogs on the same subject as you are. Your visitors will see your blog as a resource and bookmark it.

Don’t worry that you might be sending some traffic away to other blogs. You will want the same treatment in return. Your chances for other bloggers to link to you are bigger when you’re providing other resources. Your blog is not a dead-end street.

Tip 2:
When you’re writing an overview about your product that you’re selling, be extremely short and to the point. 2 – 3 paragraphs only. And those paragraphs have to be educational or informative. Inform and educate your visitors. Don’t sell to them.

Spread your overview in many blogs. Shortly cover only one feature of your product in each blog. Tell them what you’re going to talk about in your next blog.

Of course, put a link on some keywords back to your website. Or, at the end of each overview, put your URL and say something like: “If you don’t want to wait until my next blog, you can get complete information at my site” – or somewhere along those lines.

Tip 3:
If you just want to use your blog for promoting your affiliate programs or such, write your personal experience with the program. Don’t just provide the same sales pitch that was provided to you by the website you’re promoting and the one that 20 thousand other affiliates are repeating.

Tip 4:
Don’t use the words “I think” and “should” when writing overviews and informing people about your product or service. They’re dangerous. They will quickly reveal your lack of confidence, experience and expertise. When you know something for sure and you’re very confident about it. You will not “think” that they “should” look into it. You get it?

Tip 5:
Share information with the visitors of your blog. Inform them. Educate them about your product. But don’t try to sell them anything.

When you open your favorite magazine or a news paper, what do you read and where do you spend most of your time? The section with the content and all the stories, or the advertisements?

Why do you keep on buying that same news paper or a magazine? Because of the information presented in there or because of the advertisements?

You get it?

Your blog is your “newspaper” or your “online journal” that other people will want to visit over and over. They will want to come back and link to your blog because of the FREE information you’re providing and not because of your advertisements.

Of course, while your visitors are reading your blog, think of ways how to sell them something or make them click on the link back to your sales page.

Personal finance blogging is one of the best tools available for learning about how to handle your own money because of the personal touch found so unique to a blog.

Personal finance is just that- personal. It’s all about you and your money; about what to do with it when it comes in, and how to keep too much of it from going out. The better you handle your personal finances, the more freedom you have. And, of course, the opposite is true- the worse you are with you money, the harder it will be to do and have the things you want most in life.

If a great deal of our joy and freedom in life is tied to how we handle our money, then we need to handle it intelligently. We need to control our money, not have our money control us.

And how do we handle our money intelligently? Educate yourself using personal finance blogging.

Blogging has been one of this world’s greatest inventions in the last few years. A blog provides literally anybody with the ability to express their own ideas, opinions, experiences, and view points on various topics that are unique to them. There are many personal finance blogs out there that specialize in educating others on a more personal level. And what better to help educate people with their money by reading others’ experiences about handling money.

Personal finance blogging has improved my ability to save and spend money more than any book or class I’ve ever taken. Why? Because you’re getting more than just abstract principles of money presented to you; you’re getting real peoples’ personal experience on handling their own money problems. And the best part about it comes from the comments and feedback that others leave on a principle taught that shed more wisdom on a given topic. I have sat for hours reading and learning through simply reading personal finance blogs.

Where do you find them? They’re everywhere! Just do a search on Google and find ONE; from there, you can find a number of other pf blogs through external links on the blog you’re reading. There is a tight knit community of personal finance bloggers out there that will keep you in the personal finance blogging network.

If the way we handle our money is directly connected with life’s freedoms, why not educate ourselves so that we can take control of our money.

Find a personal finance blog and read it consistently. Your pocket book will thank you later.

Russian Web 2.0 – ‘Pravda’ of the RUNET

I was a lucky kid. Since I was seven, I waited with great anticipation for lunch time, when my mother, who worked at a large publishing house, would bring a freshly printed pack of Soviet newspapers, like “Izvestiya,” “Pravda,” “Trud,” “Komsomolskaya Pravda,” “Krasnaya Zvezda,” “Sovetsky Sport,” all in all, up to 10+ newspapers. There was nothing more pleasant than to chomp on a juicy apple and read all the latest news in one pack! I even used to fight with my older brother over who will get “Sovetsky Sport” and “Komsomolskaya Pravda” first.

Despite the abundance of styles, from the stiff and official “Pravda” to the more relaxed and youthful “Komsomolskaya Pravda”, the opinions expressed were trimmed to the rules of the reigning Soviet propaganda machine. Only after the genie of glasnost came out of Gorbachev’s bottle, I saw some unusually critical articles in the Soviet press. Even then, people still could not really speak up or relate their opinions to particular events, except discussing it with friends or relatives in their tiny kitchens, where people could discuss anything and everything at small kitchen tables with the help of vodka and pickles…

Alas, in the early Yeltsin era, the newly minted democratic Russian media developed in a motley crew of yellow press, scandals and soap operas. Often it was hard to sift through this flow and find some real pearls of genuine truth and compelling critic. In the late 90’s, the Internet gave birth to the blogging universe, and it quickly gained popularity from mass users, journalists, politicians and critics, creating a gigantic Russian salad of opinions and philosophies never tasted before.

Today Russian blogging services are on their way up. The latest research by Yandex, the Russian search engine No. 1, showed that the two most popular services in the Russian Internet (RUNET) are LiveJournal’s Russian language community (RULJ) and LiveInternet (LI). On June 6, 2007, the RULJ proudly recorded 1 million registered users and blogs. Yet the long-standing #2 blogging site LI is rapidly reaching its main rival, RULJ, in terms of new blogs and everyday notes.

However, the gap is still wide: LI has 170,000 daily visitors, while there are 600,000 visitors at RULJ. LI’s General Director German Klimenko said to CNews that the number of active blogs at LI will exceed LJ by the end of 2007. Yandex research indicates that the overall growth of the Russian blogging sphere is 74% (41% worldwide), however the total number of Russian blogs account for only 3% of worldwide blogs. Analysts believe that by 2008 there will be at least 10 million blogs in the Russian part of the global blogosphere.

Let’s make a quick comparison between LI and RULJ. Once you check or register to both, one thing becomes clear immediately: RULJ is definitely more mature and garners an older audience. LI, boasting a kaleidoscope of services, is crafted for teenagers and young adults. Naturally, LI’s audience is growing faster than that of RULJ. After all, kids are craving for company and socializing. The big difference is in the quality of content and blogs, where at LI bored teenagers spill out their fresh half-thoughts and desires, while the good ol’ RULJ crowd is much more content with serious topics and informative content. There is a great number of really interesting blogs and boards at RULJ. Nevertheless, both blog arenas cover well for their type of audiences.

Depressed Russians and Football Widows

Well, yes, when you are entering the Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport, the first Russians who you see are not smiling and look pretty gloomy. But actually associating Russians with depression – that sounds funny to me. Little did I know that a new term “a Russian” means just that! Here is what one RULJ user, http://mi3ch.livejournal.com/1131649.html, offered to discuss to the Russian blogging community. Under the topic “presenteeism” this user shared newly coined English language terms that hadn’t yet come to Russia. These are the first three words:

“mac nazi” – people crazy about Apple Macintosh products

”football widow” – a woman who believes her husband is dead during football matches

”a russian” – a person who is constantly in depression and sees the world in black

And there is much more of this new language in there.

Now, how about checking the most popular blogs in Russia? Yandex regularly publishes its own rating of RUNET’s blogs at: Blogs.yandex.ru/top. As of July 3, 2007, there were 2,189,160 blogs rated on the Yandex system.

For example, the top-4 blogs in the Russian Internet on July 4, 2007, included:

1.	http://www.Ajdnevnik.ru – Alexander Jdanov and pictures of the “Star Factory” – popular music show

2.	drugoi.livejournal.ru – “an illustrated magazine about everything in the world”

3.	http://lleo.aha.ru/dnevnik/whatis — Blog of Leonid Kaganov, Russian writer

4. aqua_snezhok.livejournal.com – mainly various photos of glamour, animals, people and fashion

Blogger Services Rating by Yandex, July 3, 2007

•	LiveInternet 51,823 records on July 3

• LiveJournal 48,439

•	Diary.ru 18,609

•	Blogs.Mail.Ru 12,289

• Love ♥ Planet 7,935

•	Planeta.Rambler.ru 2,875

•	Beon.ru 2,398

•	Jamango 2,129

Search in blogs by Yandex, July 3, 2007

•	Steve Bloom

•	Transformers the game

•	torent

• Timothy and Sobchak

•	Harry Potter

On July 3, 2007, popular categories included (most popular are in caps letters): Anime, CRAP, spring, VIDEO, questions, children, DIARY, friends, Eurovision, LJ, life, games, interesting, Internet, history, pictures, cinema, books, culture, private, lytdybr or ksnls,h, love, people, my thoughts, my life, MUSIC, thoughts, thoughts aloud, mood, news about life, about me, rest, positive, POLITICS, pranks, nature, psychology, travel, job, pondering, various, dreams, events, sport, links, poems, tv, creativity, tests, films, PHOTO, football, hockey, school, humor, me, me and my friends.

Copycats Lure Millions of Users

However large RULJ and LI communities are, luckily there is much more that you can find in the Russian blogosphere. Ever wondered what the Russian copies of the famous Western blog sites have been? Here you are: MoiKrug.ru is a local version of LinkedIn; Odnoklassniki.ru – Classmates.ru; Fakultet.ru, VKontakte.ru — FaceBook; Habrahabr.ru – Dig.com; Privet.ru (Comby) – MySpace. MoiKrug focuses on professional community. Odnoklassniki are looking for lost contacts, mainly from their high schools. VKontakte and Fakultet are oriented towards students. While the copycats of the “One Million Dollar Site” that secured a real million to its British owner did not spark with the skeptical Russian web-community, social networks quickly went berserk.

The latest hit of the Russian Web 2.0 is VKontakte.ru. Recently Alexa (www.alexa.com), a leading Web Statistic Portal, placed VKontakte as the Top-4 Russian site, right after such giants as Mail.ru, Yandex and Rambler. Users praise the site for easy-to-use design and many features similar to Facebook. For example, recently VKontakte announced video, allowing users to add videos to their pages. The site also allows you to search by job contact, Friends, and remind you of your friends’ birthdays. According to VKontakte statistics, some 12,000 people register on this site daily.

Created in 2006, Habrahabr.ru, an analog of Dig.com, became successful almost immediately. Habrahabr’s audience include people interested in the Web development and Internet economy, web-designers, programmers, journalists, analysts and various businesses interested in the Internet. The project allows its users to add blogs, write articles, paste news and create personal audio and video programs. In 2007 Habrahabr gained the Project of the Year 2007 and Best Internet Community Awards.

Apart from these sites that help to find friends and provide socializing platform, there are a few interesting projects covering various social needs.

For example, according to Habrahabr, recently E-Generator.ru supported by FINAM holding, launched DrugMe.ru (note that in Russian drug literally means “a friend”), a social site for people with various illnesses interested in socializing with each other, finding better drugs and doctors, recommending good clinics, etc. Among the services which differ from RULJ, a sick person can search among users with the same diagnosis and leave a reference about a particular doctor and hospital, and many other things. By the end of 2007, the site hopes to get at least one million users. And its main promotion strategy will be using virus marketing via the satisfied pool of first users, supplemented by catchy medical news and success stories.

Education is another sphere that is destined to be Web-two-oed. As an example, in 2006 Intel and TransTelecom jointly launched a Web 2.0 project for Russian teachers. The Letopisi.ru project aimed at educating teachers in using Web 2.0 principles to create a platform for collective educational projects. Letopisi.ru helped many Russian teachers involve their students in group projects.

Show Me the Money: ‘Cherchez La Femme’ a la Russ

So, where is the money? Mamba.ru President, Nikita Sherman, said that some 15 million people use internet dating sites. And this market is growing 70% to 100% annually. Thus, in 2006 web-dating site owners harvested USD 34 million of profits. According to iKS-Consulting, 52% of these audience are men with higher education and business owners. Yes, for a chance to find your Cinderella/Jolie or a Super/Spiderman, Russian men and women don’t mind spending their hard earned rubles.

Yet Web 2.0 site owners also search for the “green” light in the end of Web tunnel. Given that you created a unique, popular and useful site, the easiest way is selling your start-up business and merging with large Russian Web cash cows. That’s what MoiKrug.ru and Damochka.ru did, selling their businesses to Yandex and Rambler respectively. However, top managers of Fakultet.ru chose a different way to monetize their business. According to CNews, Fakultet literally offered each of its users their share in the project, making their subscribers shareholders. This August the company will issue one million shares (1% of Charter Capital) and distribute among its users. The company owners are trying to both monetize their business and engage their customers in this business. Finally, other businesses, like DrugMe and Eva.ru, are looking for sponsors and advertisement.

One way or another, Russian Web 2.0 is evolving into a very creative and living organism that brings people together and offers great business opportunities to bright entrepreneurs and programmers. So, are you feeling Russian now?

The Network Marketing Magazine Blog is an online resource for those who have an interest in the area of MLM, whether they are a company offering the chance to join their program or individuals who are part of an MLM company, or maybe some one who just wants more information before deciding whether this is the route for them.

Each month The Network Marketing Magazine Blog publishes a new issue, containing news and information and featuring articles from a wide range of contributors, all of whom are members of this community, and many of whom have valuable experiences to share. Some of the writing styles are somewhat enthusiastic and it has a pleasant way of bringing a discouraged MLM Marketer right out of the dumps. In the middle of all the great content they offer are some real gems that contain excellent advice for you to read and digest.

All the members are offered a free blog when they register, and this is also a useful resource, especially if you can find someone else in a similar area to you and follow their blog, as some people just love to shout out to the world their experiences from the trivial to the interesting. Finding what you need on The Network Marketing Magazing Blog is what I call a “Rewarding Sifting Process” and you will need to spend some quality time of their site to get the key bits of information that you need since they offer so much quality information.

Listen to any huge over the top success stories and try to find out what you can do to duplicate their success. By all means follow the advice they give but do not expect this suddenly to land you in millionaire’s row, not overnight anyway. It takes work and perseverance to reach these levels but the information contained within The Network Marketing Magazine Blog is a great first step to getting there in style.

There are profiles of various authors on there, and these people are carefully chosen as some of the best in the MLM Industry. Not only do they teach Networking Tactics, commonly overlooked Leadership and Strategic Planning Methodologies are belabored in great detail. It is worth following links to personal websites and company websites to see where and who they are working with.

An online store is available offering a range of products to help you improve your Success, and The Network Marketing Magazine Blog has over four years of experience to offer you, from free articles and resources to the contents of their Online Success Store.

Again, if you choose to buy any of these products you may find some these materials to be very evangelical in spirit, and fully realize the need to personally recalibrate your faith and belief systems that you can make a success of yourself in the MLM Industry. This happy clappy approach may leave you feeling inspired by the time you leave, and may well be exactly the mental medicine you’ve been searching for.

The overall view of The Network Marketing Magazine Blog is that for the MLM Industry it is a very valuable resource, and definitely worth spending the time to have a read. You can sign up for free and get instant access to MP3 Audios and PDF Articles. Lots of great MLM Leaders post content as well and you will definitely find something of interest.

One of the factors I personally live by and that propels my success on a daily basis is the philosophy of continually educating myself. Education should be a fun journey and not just a destination. Time is precious. Each day you wake up you have the option of going through the daily motions or taking small incremental steps on a daily basis to improve your life and to get a grasp of the fundamental knowledge necessary to become a success.

When I first started out marketing on the Internet in 1998, I came from pretty much nothing. I wish I had The Network Marketing Magazine Blog to get me started. Luckily I had a place to stay but not much else. The first 2 years I spent learning a lot of stuff and doing a ton of testing. Right off the bat I was earning money but it was about minimum wage online money. I invested 50% of what I earned into Marketing Courses and education. Fast forward to the year 2001 I earned a much more substantial education.

Here is a quote from Robert Kiyosaki. “If you think education is expensive, try ignorance”. My point is I can’t tell you how many multi-million dollar opportunities slipped right through my fingers because I didn’t have the knowledge to take advantage of them. And the most scary thing was I knew this was happening but was powerless to do anything about it.

So 3 years ago I made a commitment to learn every skill I had to so I can easily make a six figure income online. And The Network Marketing Magazine Blog is a great resource to get you stared in this direction. What’s crazy is that after 11 years of marketing online and earning very impressive income, I’m realizing myself that my educational journey is just beginning. I have a long list of educational objectives written on my wall that I’ve made it a point to learn within the next 3 years.

What I suggest you do is sit down tonight with a pencil and paper. Write down what is holding you back from your dreams. I mean really be honest with yourself. Then learn these things one at a time. Remember if you want to eat an elephant you do it one bite at a time.

If you ever fantasized about quitting your day job and getting paid to express yourself, a blog may be a dream come true for you. Millions of people have managed to make or enhance careers by blogging and you can join them.

Consider your potential online contribution- are you passionate and knowledgeable about a particular subject? A natural leader? Your voice is your product- voice it wisely.

5. TOOT YOUR OWN HORN. Some bloggers do not make the blog their career at all-they use their blogs to promote themselves in another business, such as consulting, financial planning, real estate, law and so on. Start by adding some writing classes to your online degree program. Bachelor’s and associate coursework abounds. Schedule a flexible time for writing on your blog.

WAYS TO EARN FROM YOUR PASSION

1. Writers and Editors: Like acting, music, and other creative professions, writing attracts many practitioners but relatively few are successful enough to earn a living. Employers prefer to hire writers with degrees in communications; journalism, English or other liberal art degrees, but people with other backgrounds for example like technical may not find good writing jobs.

2. Political Analysts: Some of the most prominent bloggers specialize in politics. If you would love to relate with power brokers and move and shake your way to the top of the blog sphere, this may be your niche. Give people a reason to seek out your opinion by earning your degree in public opinion, decision making, policy, and ideology. You might create or analyze a public opinion survey, review election results, or interview public officials. The field is experiencing rapid growth.

3. Travel: You can combine writing and travelling and everyone will be jealous of you. A well conceived and executed travel blog can net you a career as a corporate travel consultant, travel agent, tour guide, or travel companion or even start your own company. The majority of travel arrangement is made online. Web 2.0 elements such as video, blogs, travel bookmarking, and travel communities are giving travelers the raw information they desire to make complex travel decisions.

4. Business Consulting: These days, consultants establish their brands and services with their blogs. But of course you need some expertise to advertise, that is where your business education comes in. The highest demand for business consultants is in accounting, advertising, human resource, insurance and marketing. Degrees in these fields can all be earned online. For extra marketing ability go further and acquire an online master degree in business (MBA) while building your practice.

5. Professional Blogging: Not too shabby, but how do you get there? Try time, quality content and regular and frequent updating. What should you blog about? Whatever works for you. Post that generates the most activity offer DIY help, debate or controversy, humor, or list and resources. Earning a degree in one of many subjects can boost your online skills and education.

When you have a blog, content is essential, in fact you may have heard it said that content is king. In order to make certain your content is compelling and valuable, check your posts against the four E’s of blog content. These include: Educate, Entertain, Engage, and Enrich. Not every blog post is going to do all four, yet when you strive to meet one or more of the E’s your content will have greater impact.

First is Educate. You want to focus your content on educating your reader. Posts that educate may include how-to’s, case studies, Q and A’s. When you think of blogging like writing an email, you may recall most likely you have answered a client’s question by email. That is content. Content that you can use on your blog as a blog post. You don’t need to reveal the name of the client who asked you the question, but you can bet if you get that question one or two or three times that there are a lot of people out there who want that information. Q and A’s from clients make great educational posts.

The second is Entertain. Consider adding video posts to your blog. The very nature of video generally makes it entertaining. You shoot a video, upload it to a site like YouTube and then embed the code on your blog. You’re immediately entertaining people, because video is so immediate. They can see you and your gestures. They can see your body language; they can see your facial expressions. And that’s an excellent way to engage people and entertain them. Even “talking head” videos can be entertaining because of the immediacy of the connection with you.

The third E is Engage. Ask your readers to do something. How do you engage them so they keep coming back? One way is with a poll. When you engage people, they’re participating, and that gets them more involved with you, and you build your relationship a little bit deeper. There are many free polling sites like vizu.com and polldaddy.com. You setup an account you type in the question you want to ask, you put in a couple of choices for answers, you click a button, they give you the code, you paste it into your site. Pretty easy.

When you send the link to your poll out to all your twitter followers and your Facebook friends, pretty soon you’ve got lots people coming to your blog. The other way to engage people is to encourage them to comment. The one thing about blogs is that they’re interactive! People can comment on your blog, so you can start having a discussion. But, you have to call them to action. You have to tell them what to do. You have to say: click on the comment link below, and let me know what you think about this post. You’ve got to tell readers what to do. That engages them. Once readers comment, then they’re more engaged. Then they’re likely to come back. To encourage further engagement, respond to comments. That starts a conversation and creates a deeper connection

Finally, the last E is Enrich. How can you save your readers’ time, money, energy? What can you write that will make their life better? This may be something motivational or a link to a valuable resource. Share your knowledge, experience and lessons to help your reader have a better life.

The next blog post you write, see if you can combine two or three content elements and see what kind of response you get. Put yourself in your reader’s shoes and check to see if you’re engaged, entertained educated or if your life is enriched in some way by your content.

Financial education is an extremely vital issue for everyone nowadays. You can spend many years undersaving for retirement and only to find out at the age of sixty or sixty-five that you should not have accumulated enough to afford decent and comfortable rest. But until then, there is no signal, no warning. Most people begin planning for retirement or making changes to their retirement savings accounts, only when they witness the negative shocks to people around them (older siblings or parents), but obviously, based on such signals is scanty.

This applies not only to assets, but also to debts. The consequences can be catastrophic. People who have accumulated a considerable amount of debt may have to suspend retirement or other jobs or predicting a sharp decrease in their standard of living after retirement. They may even end up in bankruptcy. As a result of the recent crisis, saving has increased to unprecedented levels, but, unfortunately, it took a negative shock that will lead to appreciation for the creation of buffer stock of savings.

All the cases obviously should make you think of the idea to get a financial degree. So why not taking for example any finance courses and become a real pro and master of your own finance? Of course, it may seem too professional, because, for instance, ACCA is an accountant degree, but it can be very helpful.
It’s of colossal importance to be up-to-date with your current financial status, it might not be much fun though. Financial markets are very complex and hard to understand for a person who isn’t acquainted to this sphere.
A Blog is a series of articles arranged, in newest to oldest order, on nearly any topic you can imagine. Some blogs are simply an on line diary, while others attempt to provide useful information to those who read them. Some are just today’s jokes. Some are serious business vehicles. Blogs originated with the widespread use of the Web and they provide information, entertainment and a form of communication. Blogs are fun! Blogs are educational! Blogs can be profitable! Yes, you can use blogging to make money.

A business that is selling a product must have buyers to make money. It doesn’t matter if it is a bricks and mortar store or a site on the Internet. The bricks and mortar store must advertise to attract buyers. So does the Internet site. The brick and mortar store uses newspaper ads, TV commercials, sign boards, and signs in the windows of the store. Advertising is designed to create in-store traffic. The Internet store must also have traffic to be successful, but it must generate traffic in such a way as to keep the customer on line and not off reading the newspaper or watching TV. Internet Marketing, often called Internet Advertising, is the vehicle used to satisfy this requirement.

Internet businesses construct their web sites to be search engine friendly, so that a potential buyer will be attracted to their site. They also pay other sources for traffic sent to their site. That’s where niche web sites, like a blog, come into the picture. There are numerous ways a blog site can utilize to create traffic for an Internet business. The blog site acts as a broker between the consumer and the business. A blog site earns a share in the money a business spends for advertising. Money spent for advertising is serious money! Blogging sites attract the consumer traffic that businesses need to succeed and then get paid to re-direct that traffic to a business. You can attract that traffic and make money by blogging on a subject that provides useful information. That’s what Internet Marketing is all about. Your site attracts traffic and you send it to someone who will pay you for it. Blogging is a great way to make money and have fun doing it.

There are many different ways to make money on the Internet. A site doesn’t have to be a blog to be successful, but remember the consumer is looking for either a product or information. So unless you are selling a product or a service in a store format, you are an information broker. The blog format works very well for providing information. You can deliver it in small portions and provide useful information relevant to the products or services you are advertising. There are a lot of ways to make money on line, but making money blogging just makes sense.
